![]() ![]() This could've also been improved by adding new racers, tracks, and other elements from the sequel, Star Wars Racer Revenge, or the arcade pod racing game Star Wars: Racer Arcade. Sure, the controls have been upgraded, and are much improved, but the graphics haven't changed and are as blocky as they were in its original release. While it's still a fast and furious racing game, this remake doesn't go far enough. That's probably one of the biggest weaknesses of this game. Along with a "Tournament" mode that has you working your way up the standings so you can take on your rival, this also has you racing against the clock or friends sitting next to you, though (sadly) not against anyone online. Playing as young Anakin Skywalker, or one of his competitors, you have to steer your way through numerous twisty tracks, some of which have multiple pathways. A new version of a 1999 Nintendo 64 game, Star Wars Episode I: Racer is a futuristic racing game inspired by the iconic and exciting scene from the movie Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Crashes overpower boosts/going extra fast. While race fans and people into the original version of this game may feel this remake could've done more, this is still a rock solid sci-fi racing game. This is consistently how to win especially now that your racer is getting better and better with the best upgrades. I will not be commenting on basically any levels from now on (unless something is different that needs to be added). Yet again, just drive without crashing and boost when you can. You will need to boost when you get the chance but be very careful. This level has a much more tight time to beat. Other than that, this is yet another just drive and don’t crash level. You need to boost to make it over the gap here. As you go down the big hill, there is a cliff with ice on the other side of it. There is a big hill that you drop over near the end of the race. ( It says "Bullseye" Baranta in the achievement, but it should be "Bullseye" Navior.) He can be the character that takes you through the rest of the game. I would recommend you switch to this character either now or after you finish this circuit. ![]()
